What Is Included In The Programs
Managing My Life Programs include:
  • Comprehensive self-study workbooks in Acrobat Reader format, which can be downloaded and printed from your organization’s server or our server.  Alternatively, programs can also be
    e-mailed to selected staff members.
  • “Deep Relaxation" and "Deep Relaxation and Sleep” audio-tracks with background music, which can be downloaded. These relaxation audio-tracks will help users become calmer so that they can manage work and personal challenges, as well as their daily tasks, with more concentration and focus.  By sleeping better, they will also feel more energetic throughout the day.
  • A Guide on how the programs can be promoted to maximize the chances that individuals and teams will use the programs within your organization.
  • The possibility of customizing the program materials to meet specific needs you may have.
  • The availability of one-on-one coaching, teleclasses, web-cast services and on-site workshops by a Network of Professional Coaches and Trainers who are licensed to use the programs in their practice.
As a Member of the Licensed Network of Managing My Life Professionals, I am authorized to license your organization to post the program on your Intranet for downloading and use by all your employees during the period of the license. Alternatively employees can also access the materials from our server. 

Members of the Network of Licensed Managing My Life Professionals also provide a wide range of professional services to support the implementation of Managing My Life programs in your organization.  These include consulting services, one-on-one coaching, teleclasses, web-cast programs and on-site workshops.

ADDITIONAL OPTION:
The program materials can also be offered to one or more employees within your organization.   Under the circumstances we would e-mail the licensed individuals the program materials and mail them the accompanying Deep Relaxation Exercises CD for their personal and sole use.
BUNDLING OPTION AS A WELLNESS GROUP BENEFIT:
All the program materials can become available for site licenses of a period of 5 years at a highly reduced cost.
