Providing
effective and efficient employee development services are key challenges of virtually
every organization. At Simul Corporation (founded in 1987) were helping
organizations create and provide more value to their Customers and their People.
The key to our success is our ability and experience in tying together "what
is being done", with "why things are done as they are", with "how
things are to be done".
After-all
when an organizations people are growing and developing, so is the organization.
In addition, there is increasing pressure on retaining good employees. We
believe that when people are learning and growing, they are not leaving.
Were one
of two companies that the Schulich Executive School of Business (York University) calls
upon to design, develop and deliver customized in-house programs for clients who wish to
have a university endorsement/certificate. These programs are exclusively in the
area of Leadership development.
In 1998, Simul
Corporation acquired Sophic Learning Systems and its partnership arrangements.
Sophic is a well-known multi-media producer of educational materials. Clients
include Sunoco Inc., Imperial Oil, Dupont Canada Ltd. and others. By acquiring
Sophic weve increased our knowledge base of electronic based educational programs.
Since the acquisition we have increased our electronic capabilities by establishing
Waxworks Creative as our multi-media division.
We believe that
it is absolutely crucial to have a solid understanding of an organizations vision,
mission, values and goals. Creating and delivering a great program is more than
great content, it is also great delivery and being participant
focused. Our instructors must have real-life business experience, subject
matter expertise and well developed teaching skills. Our
commitment is to deliver a world-class presentation that meets your expectations.
The real key to our success is our ability to customize and
personalize our services to meet the needs of our Clients. "Off the Shelf" is
not part of our working vocabulary. Every company has some unique requirements and it is
our goal to ensure that we meet them, each and every time. Our extensive experience has
taught us that the information needs of an organization's senior management group differ
from that of middle management and again differ from that of the front line. Hence, we're
known as "The Implementation People". Our uniqueness
lies in our ability to integrate the highest quality workshops, customized learning
interventions, and optimal consulting services that positively impact performance and
results.
Competition is keen, some
would say "fierce", and I'd say that it is exciting. It isnt about putting
people in training programs, it is about focusing the organization on the next level of
success while changing the culture of the organization and developing and growing
their people. |
